ONC BOCES is accepting applications for a School Nurse at NCOC in Grand Gorge
Full-time, 10-month, ESPA Unit, Competitive Class, Civil Service position.
The School Nurse is responsible for promoting the health and well-being of students and staff by providing professional nursing services in accordance with state laws and school policies. This role involves direct care, health education, emergency response, and collaboration with families and community health providers to support a safe and healthy school environment.
The successful candidate will work 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Starting salary for LPN: $31,715.00
NYS retirement, EAP, continuing education assistance, and exceptional insurance, including retiree health insurance, are available.

Civil Service position candidates must be reachable on the existing eligibility list. If there is no mandated eligibility list, candidates will be considered for provisional appointment. Continued employment will be contingent on successfully passing the required examination and being reached on the eligibility list.
